Gate Valve summary

Good sealing performance, fluid resistance is small, and has a certain adjustment performance;
But the size is large, the structure is complex, the processing is difficult, the sealing surface is easy to wear, not easy to maintain, the opening and closing time is long.
Suitable for making large caliber valves, in addition to steam, oil and other media, but also suitable for containing granular solid and viscosity of the medium, and is suitable for venting and low vacuum system valves.

Gate Valve Scope of application

1. Applicable medium range: water, steam, oil, oxidizing corrosive medium (Z42W-16Ti), acid, alkali flue gas, etc. 

2. Gate valve is suitable for steam, high temperature oil and oil and gas and other media, and frequent switch parts, not for easy coking medium;

3. Single gate or double gate soft seal open stem flat gate valve is used for urban gas transmission pipeline; 

4. Urban water works, single gate or double gate without guide hole rod flat gate valve;

5. For pipelines with suspended particle media, use knife shaped flat gate valve;
